Who we are

This website, www.mndflldr.com, is operated by MNDFL LDR LLC (“MNDFL LDR,” “we,” “us”), the leadership writing and coaching practice of Clifton Carmody, based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Questions about this policy can be sent to clifton@mndflldr.com.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to share:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to add it (optional)
• The topics you select and the message you write

We use this information only to read and reply to your message, and to continue the conversation you started (for example, arranging a call about coaching, speaking or collaboration). We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site collects some technical information when you visit, through our website platform, Squarespace:

• Squarespace Analytics. Aggregate statistics such as pages viewed, how visitors arrived at the site, general location (country or city level), and device and browser type. We use this only to understand which content is useful. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or retargeting.
• Cookies. Squarespace sets a small number of cookies needed to run the site securely and to record analytics. A cookie notice is shown on your first visit, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
• Spam protection. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots. Your use of it is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Fonts. Some pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers.

Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site work, and only as needed for them to do so:

• Squarespace, which hosts the website, processes contact form submissions and provides analytics. See the Squarespace Privacy Policy.
• Our email provider, since contact form messages are delivered to our inbox.
• Google, for reCAPTCHA spam protection and web fonts, as described above.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and then delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your messages sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email clifton@mndflldr.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor them where they apply.

Visitors outside the United States

This website is operated from the United States, and information you submit is processed in the United States. If you are visiting from the European Union, the United Kingdom or elsewhere, we process your contact details on the basis of your request to hear back from us, and you may exercise the rights above, including the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our articles and pages link to other sites, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, podcasts and publications. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
